    MyOwnHandiman
    is provided as a service of F & S Investment Properties, LLC.  MyOwnHandiman specializes in a variety of handyman services, such as home repairs, painting and odd jobs, to name a few.  Our dependability, timeliness, personalized service and quality of work are what sets us apart from our competitors.

  2. How do I schedule an appointment?
    To set an appointment, all that is necessary is for you to call us at (888) 668-0678 or send an e-mail.  If no one is in the office, we will return your call promptly to discuss your job and answer any questions that you may have.  Back to top


  3. How much do you charge?
    Labor is charged at the rate of $40.00/man-hour.  This way customers are charged only for those hours actually worked.  Back to top
  4. Can I get an estimate for my job?
    Absolutely!  After discussing your job(s) with you, we will provide a written estimate of the number of hours needed to complete them, as well as any material that is needed.  Back to top
  5. Do I need to pay anything "up front"?
    Usually not.  The only exception would be if you would like us to purchase materials required for the job that total more than $250.  At your option, you can pay us for the material in advance or pre-pay for the material at the store you select and have it delivered. We can also pick up the materials and deliver it for a fee of $25.00.  Back to top
  6. How do I pay?
    You are expected to pay at the completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed to.  We accept cash, personal check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.  Payment may also be made through PayPal.

  7. Can customers purchase their own material?
    Yes - and it is recommended to ensure that the customer gets the exact design, quality and color of materials or supplies.  We can, however, pick up those materials and deliver them to the job site for a fee of $25.00.

  8. Can you pick up the materials for my job?
    Yes.  We charge a flat $25 per trip to pick up your materials and supplies.  This is to cover time and travel expense.  Back to top
  9. Do you charge for travel time?
    Only for those job sites that are more than 25 miles from Fairless Hills, PA.  For those jobs a $10/day fee will be added to cover additional travel expenses.  Back to top
  10. Do you do work for businesses?
    Yes.  We provide the same services for commercial business establishments, apartments and condos.  Back to top
