Fees Are Project-Specific - Due to the nature of our business and variety of tasks involved, each job is priced based on the number of man/hours needed to complete it.  Our standard hourly rate is $40.00/man/hour, regardless of whether the work is done outside normal business hours or on weekends. 

Written Time & Materials Estimate - A written time and materials estimate will be provided to you before work is started, so that you will know how long the job is expected to take, as well as any materials involved.

Extended Travel Fee - A flat $10/day Extended Travel Fee applies to those job sites farther than 25 miles from our office.  This covers the additional travel expenses.  There is no charge for travel within the 25 mile radius of Fairless Hills.

Pickup/Delivery Fee - A flat $25/trip Pickup/Delivery fee covering time and travel expenses will be charged for picking up materials ordered by the customer.
